Generally, the FRP grating we produce is a whole piece, but in the actual laying process, workers need to cut the original whole piece of FRP grating, so how should we choose the right tool?
1. Straight line cutting: You can use a ceramic disc or emery disc cutter to cut FRP grating on site, and ordinary hacksaw blades can also be used to cut FRP grating.
2. Curve cutting: It is necessary to open the FRP grating. If you want to cut the FRP grating into a circular arc, you can use an electric saw or a hacksaw with a metal cutting blade.
3. Grinding: You can use a portable angle grinder, grinder, ordinary file and sandpaper to grind the FRP grating.
4. Drilling: If you want to drill a hole of 12mm or more on the FRP grating, you can use an ordinary drilling machine twist drill to drill holes. If you want to process small holes on the FRP grating, you can use a portable electric hole processing Machine tool or general electric drill.
