Overview
Located in the center of a city in Fujian Province, this newly constructed apartment building offers a modern and stylish lifestyle. The building is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, bars, popular boutiques and health clubs.
Problem
The apartments are located above the first floor of the building, so resident owners with pets must go down to the first floor and walk around the building. Because of its location, the apartment building is located in a busy neighborhood and walking a dog in this neighborhood can be inconvenient.
Solution
The apartment owner wanted to design a rooftop terrace where dogs could be walked. Providing space for residents' pets to walk, relieve themselves and socialize with other pets. The rooftop dog park consists of a fenced area and a raised floor system. The raised floor system consists of a base, fiberglass grating, and a synthetic turf system. Tianfu New Material's sales manager discussed the project requirements with the director in advance and provided samples. It was determined that fiberglass grating from Tianfu New Material was the ideal product for the project.
The FRP grating has corrosion-resistant properties that will allow this raised floor system to have a longer service life.
