TFcomposite's mission is to provide safe solutions for car wash floors. The FRP grating must withstand the structural stress of the vehicle and withstand the chemicals used in car washes.
With this in mind, TFcomposite has developed a safe solution.
The design includes the use of an open mesh FRP grating above a series of FRP channels, all supported by height-adjustable plinth feet to allow drainage. TFcomposite mini mesh FRP gratings were installed as the 19mm x 19mm openings allow water to drain easily while still creating an easy to walk on surface.

This prevents water stagnation and subsequent flooding. Due to the gritted surface of the grating, the field also has a high slip resistance, which is a decisive factor in wet work areas.
Additionally, the strength and durability of the grating ensures that it can withstand heavy vehicle loads.
