The FRP Bottle Shape Cooling Towers (Fibre glass Reinforced Plastic) also called as Round Shape Cooling Tower. The air flow through the towers is more evenly distributed. Which is highly corrosion resistant and gives sufficient structural strength, to withstand high wind velocity and vibration.

Design:
FRP Cooling towers are of vertical induced draft counter flow design with uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer.
Fiberglass casing:
Cooling Tower Casing is made of selected grade materials of tough fiber glass reinforced polyester & resins, etc. Additional embossing is done for extra strength in case of big cooling towers.
Fan Blades:
Aluminium alloy FRP fan is of aero dynamic designed axial flow type to achieve high efficiency.
Fan Motors:
Special low RPM totally enclosed motors of Vertical, Flange type with enlarged & threaded shaft and sealed top is supplied with the cooling tower.
Air Flow:
The air is pulled into the tower through the plastic, anti-splash inlet louvers that encompass the 360 degree base opening.
Water Distribution:
A rotating head and sprinkler pipe assembly sits atop the center supply pipe, propelled around to distribute the rwater across the top of the PVC fill pack.
PVC Fill Pack:
The PVC fill pack can be used for inlet water temperature up to 115oF; above that, polypropylene should be ordered.
