玻璃纤维拉挤天使或L形是恒定横截面的玻璃纤维增强塑料产品,通过高温加热与增强材料连续形成:玻璃纤维粗纱,连续垫,缝合垫,表面垫,以及其他基体材料,如不饱和聚酯树脂和聚氨酯。

玻璃钢拉挤型材的特点如下:
1、优异的耐腐蚀性和耐候性,在许多木材会腐烂和金属会生锈的结构应用中,拉挤产品可以无限期地使用,几乎不需要维护。
2、重量轻强度高,型材重量为钢材25%,铝材77%。
3、低温能力,t拉挤产品具有极低的导热性能,在高温或低温下不会像金属那样膨胀或收缩。
4、工作方便,p使用带有碳或金刚石刀片的传统木工工具可以轻松加工成型材料。玻璃纤维材料重量轻,因此易于装配和安装。

什么是拉挤制造工艺?
答 :
拉挤成型是一种生产连续长度的 FRP 结构形状的制造工艺。原材料包括液体树脂混合物(含有树脂、填料和专用添加剂)和增强纤维。该过程涉及使用连续拉动设备将这些原材料拉过加热的钢成型模具(而不是像挤压中那样推动)。增强材料呈连续形式,例如玻璃纤维毡卷或玻璃纤维粗纱落纱。当增强材料在树脂浸渍器中被树脂混合物(“浸湿”)浸透并通过模具拉出时,树脂的凝胶化(或硬化)由来自模具的热量引发,并形成刚性固化型材形成对应于模具的形状。
